Hi! My name is Kia and I started this business 5 years ago due to an eczema breakout I experienced around that time. I had never had any skin challenges up to that point, and I was nervous and scared. I wasn't happy with the amount of chemicals and "unpronounceables" in my prescribed medication so I decided to research and create my own remedy. I believe nature provides everything we need to be healthy and thriving. There are a lot of talented creatives that do what I do, but what sets me apart is always thinking about what's best for you and your skin as people of color. Even when I create a new product, I continue to research and develop and new and better ingredients present themselves.
