This nonprofit organization is international and faith-based focusing on providing support to youth in New York City, in particular, middle and high school students. YoungLife doesn’t start with a program, it starts with adults who are concerned enough about teens to go to them and care for them. Adult volunteers who step into the world of teens immerse themselves in their culture and in turn build bridges of authentic friendship. Sincere Gaston started from necessity. I began creating items for myself that went along with my fast-paced lifestyle that promoted healthy haircare. Most importantly, these items helped me care for my hair with ease.
