Over the years, I realized how low self-image, confidence, or mental challenges affects so many people at every age and stage of life. I focus on creating products that address subjects that are not taught in schools such as self-love, confidence, and self-esteem. Each custom-designed product is intentionally made to address complete mental, physical, or spiritual wellness.

My name is LaTanya Lodge. I am a Licensed Cosmetologist with a passion for hair and healthy. When I embarked on my journey to a healthy hair regimen I knew nothing of what I was doing, so I began to research and learn about the science of hair and what our hair needs to be healthy, nourished and strong. In my research as I began to see the ingredient in some of the products marketed to this with natural hair, I became concerned and began formulating my own products, that yield healthy growing hair, using all natural and safe products. The difference in my company is that we do not only offer you all natural and safe products, but we offer you a regimen that comes with each of our bundle packages. These regimens have bee hand crafted by a Licensed cosmetologist and now with the new release of our reference planner, you can have guidance for 365 days. My name is Tope Adubi, the founder of Kilali Cosmetics. Kilali Cosmetics was launched in the US in February 2020 with a goal is to create inclusive quality makeup while infusing the knowledge of Africa and sharing the beauty that lies within the different 54 countries on the continent. I recognize the existing gap in the beauty industry and realize more hands need to be on deck to bridge this gap in an affordable and effective manner by providing makeup for the underserved in the industry. We take this to heart by ensuring the ingredients used, our product names tie back to Africa. My core strength is in Digital Marketing. I worked at Africa's largest organization for empowering African entrepreneurs, Tony Elumelu Foundation, where I had the core responsibility of managing the online presence for the brand across social media, email marketing, website management, graphics design and digital media ads. In addition to my digital marketing skill, I possess leadership skills that have helped me through the launch of my business from working with different contract staff at different stages through product development, sales and marketing.
